From our beginnings as an indie garage studio, we kept the fluidity and flexibility, but above all our priority is to design games with a strong artistic identity, and original and nervous gameplay.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with project publication schedules and delivery of milestones on time and with the expected quality.
  
• Help the team overcome obstacles, improve communication and generate a high level of focus.
  
• Ensure team members are focused on goals, milestones and quality.
  
• Create and update schedules and tasks, ensure progress is communicated.
  
• Manage sprint stage objectives with team leaders.
  
• Manage the budget of subcontractors, and manage deliveries.
  
• Participate in recruiting and interviewing candidates for open positions within the studio.

What we are looking for:

Required Qualifications:

• 3 or more years of experience as a producer or similar in the field of video games.
• Experience of managing interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership skills.
• English proficiency.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in game development and understanding of FPS game production.
• Experience on released project(s).

What we offer:

• CDI Full-time position (35h / week)
• Starting Date: ASAP
• Gross annual salary of € 37,000.00 to € 72,000.00

• Fully working from home (Full remote), partial telework (Hybrid), or face-to-face (Onsite): no geographical preference.
  • 50% of the cost of the Carte pass restaurant (10 euros per day) and the transport ticket will be covered
  • 50% of the cost of the health care plan is covered ( with a remaining cost of 22,50 euros).

• Spacious and friendly workplace, with a private 180m2 furnished rooftop.

We are a small team with a structure and communication called “horizontal”, where everyone's ideas are important and listened to. We rely on everyone's creativity and contribution.
