In this capacity, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Draft, deploy, and maintain all legal documents and policies related to Data and AI (Privacy Policies, cookie policies, internal AI charters, Terms of Service, crisis management procedures), taking into account video game industry specifics (minors' data, AdTech, anti-cheat tools).

  • Produce regular and precise reporting on the compliance status within your scope for PulluP Group management.

  • Conduct proactive regulatory and case-law monitoring (Data & AI) to anticipate impacts on group activities.

2) GDPR Compliance & Operations

  • Manage day-to-day data processing compliance: maintaining and updating the processing register, conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), performing internal audits, identifying risks, and following up on remediation plans.

  • Work closely with technical and IT security teams (CIO/CISO) on data security to ensure security incident management (including the preparation of notifications to authorities) within required deadlines.

  • Handle data subject rights requests within statutory timeframes.

  • Provide operational guidance to teams implementing projects that involve personal data processing by conducting impact and risk assessments (privacy by design).

3) AI Deployment & Security (AI Act)

  • Provide operational support to teams deploying Artificial Intelligence projects by evaluating associated risks (compliance by design).

  • Implement and document AI compliance processes (controls, traceability) to guarantee adherence to the AI Act and applicable regulations.

4) Advisory, Negotiation & Awareness

  • Support Marketing teams on AdTech topics (cookies, pixels, SDKs, ad targeting, etc.).

  • Advise operational teams and negotiate Data and AI contractual clauses with suppliers and partners.

  • Design and lead awareness campaigns and training sessions for the group's various departments.

  • You have an excellent operational mastery of the GDPR and data protection regulations, as well as practical knowledge of international regulations (CCPA/CPRA, UK GDPR, PIPEDA, etc.).

  • You have a solid grasp of issues related to processing minors' data and age-verification mechanisms.

  • You demonstrate strong knowledge of regulations governing AI (AI Act) and AI system governance challenges.

  • You are fluent in both French and English in a professional context, both written and spoken (capable of drafting and negotiating contracts autonomously).

  • You possess excellent writing skills.

  • A culture of excellence supported by an internal program of regular training sessions (technical, managerial, certifications), tailored to each employee's needs;

  • Recognition and appraisal of your work through annual and professional reviews, opening real prospects for career growth and internal mobility within the Group;

  • A flexible arrangement with two days of remote work per week to foster work-life balance;
