Main responsibilities :

We are looking for a part-time Systems and Network Technician who will report to the IT Manager, a position in which you will be required to :

- Working with all departments (and possibly partner studios)
be the guarantor of the image and level of service of the IT departmentAs part of the technical developments/needs of the various departments,
 - Taking part in the framing of requirements, reporting on the monitoring of requests and communicating decisionsMaintaining information systems in operational condition, onboarding/offboarding employees, managing assets and stock, level 1 and 2 support, upgrading and integrating new systems.

Your main tasks will be :
- On a day-to-day basis, overseeing level 1 and 2 IT support using the ticketing tools in place and ensuring compliance with SLAs
- Contribute to the development of the information system
- Installing and configuring the hardware components required to ensure optimum operating conditions
- Guarantee a high level of IT equipment service to employees
- Monitor asset and stock management and participate in orders/purchases
- Identify areas for improvement and implement adjustments to optimise system efficiency
- Drawing up detailed documents on procedures and interventions

Occasionally :
- Hardware/software/server integration projects.
- You will be required to keep abreast of technological developments in order to keep the system up to date
- Participate in various IT projects in conjunction with the IT Department or the CISO

• BAC + 2 or BAC+3 SN / SIO or BUT or equivalent training  -System and network technician 

• Use and administration of Windows (hybrid Active Directory, Hyper-V, Microsoft Entra/Intune, Exchange, Microsoft 365) 

• Knowledge of the Linux environment (virtualisation, ACL, LAMP, etc.) Knowledge of DNS / DHCP / GPO principles Mastery of major network principles (VLAN, routing, proxy, VPN, etc.) 

• Knowledge of batch / Powershell - other languages would be a plus Knowledge of AV over IP and flow transport would be a plus Technical English / A2 to B2 level would be a plus
