We are looking for an Associate Release Manager whose main role will be to :

               - Support the release managers in their day-to-day tasks.

                - Helping to monitor and release products and content from our games catalogue.


Reporting to and supporting the Release Managers, the Associate RM will have the following responsibilities:

  • Macro monitoring of the development of the portfolio of games assigned in conjunction with the Line Producers on the various destination platforms (Consoles, PC) throughout its development and post-release.
  • Preparation and submission of age ratings for the various target territories.
  • Micro monitoring of release plans.
  • Preparing the game for console certification (Game, Patch, DLC):
    • TRC/XR
    • Registering the game on development portals
    • Reporting to the console manufacturers
    • Questioning developer forum
    • Ensuring that the various elements required for certification are up to date, in liaison with the Line Producers.
  • Point of contact between Focus and consolidators throughout development, right through to release and post-release.
  • Preparation and implementation of certifications (Europe/US/Asia).
  • Monitoring certifications in conjunction with the console teams and development teams.
  • Preparing PC versions for online release in conjunction with PC experts.
  • Preparing the release of the game on consoles and PC in conjunction with the Trade, Manufacturing,
  • Sales and Business teams (Europe/US).

Digital

  • Putting metadata and catalogues online after Trade and Business have been completed.
  • Publication of the product with the consoles' teams for sale.
  • Provision of masters with dedicated teams
  • Follow-up of the preparation of the elements to be manufactured in liaison with the Trade and
  • Manufacturing team.
  • Follow-up Creation and validation of the artworks with the consolidators to ensure that the elements are there on time.
  • Provision of masters to approved factories

In retail

  • Follow-up of the preparation of the elements to be manufactured in liaison with the Trade and
  • Manufacturing team.
  • Follow-up Creation and validation of the artworks with the consolidators to ensure that the elements are there on time.
  • Provision of masters to approved factories
  • LIVE monitoring of our catalogue to reach new territories or distribution channels

Job requirements

  • Master's degree in project management
  • Previous experience of working with 1st parties such as Steam, Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo, etc.
  • Experience in video games with a publisher
  • Presentation of age rating submission
  • Good communicator
  • Rigorous
  • well-organised and a team player
