Focus is hiring a Head of Brand Management to lead the Brand team, drive marketing strategy for upcoming titles, improve processes, and collaborate with studios, first parties, and internal teams.

In this creative and demanding environment, we are strengthening our Brand Management department with the creation of a Head of Brand Management position.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will play a key role in defining and steering the marketing strategies for our upcoming titles, while leading and supporting a team of 6 Brand Managers.
Your Missions
1. Management & Organization
Lead, support, and develop a team of 6 Brand Managers.
Set priorities, organize projects, and ensure flawless execution of marketing campaigns.
Monitor the progress of marketing plans and facilitate communication with internal and external studios.
2. Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
Co-build communication timelines and define the core marketing pillars (positioning, target audiences, messaging…).
Challenge project teams to ensure marketing vision is fully integrated throughout game development.
Act as the main point of contact for first-party partners on all strategic and operational matters.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director and the creative team on key campaign assets.
3. Optimization & Cross-functional Collaboration
Improve, document, and structure internal processes (briefs, templates, toolkits…).
Work in close coordination with the Production, Business, and Market teams to streamline workflows.
Conduct marketing analyses (competition mapping, audience sizing…) to support strategic decision-making.
Occasional Responsibilities
Take ownership of unassigned initiatives or projects when needed.
Prepare or coach Brand Managers for their external presentations.
Contribute to strategic discussions at the portfolio level.
Job requirements

You have strong expertise in PC/Console video game marketing, with an in-depth understanding of the Steam ecosystem.
You know how to lead ambitious campaigns, define clear positioning, and build solid marketing strategies.
You are capable of managing a team, helping it grow, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
You can navigate a cross-functional environment, coordinate multiple teams, and streamline processes.
You are comfortable engaging in strategic discussions with studios and first-party partners.
