Focus Entertainment's Social Media department is looking for an experienced editing intern to join its current team.

Reporting to the Head of Social Media, you will edit, design a beat, come up with original ideas and capture in-game footage to create social media content for new games published by Focus Entertainment.

You will also work closely with the video department, within the Marketing department.

Your main tasks will be:


  • Managing the company's communities on different social networks (X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Discord, Steam, Threads, Bluesky), while respecting the specific characteristics of each one.
  •  Video editing for social networks (mainly TikTok and Instagram
  • Moderation
  •  Reporting problems or bugs reported by players on social networks
  •  Writing and publishing community posts
  •  Creating content for social networks
  •  Building player loyalty through entertaining community content (memes, engaging posts, competitions, etc.)
  •  Relaying official communications and promotions
  •  Monitoring the competition and influential communities

Potentially :

  • Assistance with games' social media communication plans (if required)
  •  Analysing the performance of posts on the company's social networks

Job requirements

What we expect: 

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere.
  • Basic knowledge of After Effect and Photoshop.
  • Very good knowledge of short social networking formats, such as TikTok.
  • A good sense of rhythm in editing.
  • A trained eye for image composition (framing, lighting, staging), both real and digital (3D, animation).
  • Autonomous, proactive and a team player.
  • A sense of organisation and priorities.
  • BE CREATIVE!

Bonus:

A musical culture and ear for music is a real plus.

Particular interest in different cultural media (video games, music videos, film, photography, painting, music).

  • Monthly bonus: €650 to €850 gross (depending on profile)
