Pullup is looking for a Machine Learning (ML) intern specializing in computer vision to develop a tool for detecting graphical bugs in images and videos from video games.

Within the R&D team, the intern will review the state of the art and apply existing methods to real-world scenarios.
This internship offers the opportunity to work with visual data from video games in development and to test ML techniques on concrete problems that have a direct impact on game quality.

You will help improve the reliability of the production process while gaining hands-on experience applying Machine Learning to video games.

Missions:

• Analyze the state of the art in anomaly/outlier detection on images and videos.

• Contribute to building a suitable dataset containing only visual bugs that can be detected through ML approaches.

• Design and evaluate Proofs of Concept and prototype detection models.

• Enable the specialization of models for specific games.

What We Expect From You

• You are in the final year of a Master’s degree or engineering program in computer science, mathematics, statistics, Machine Learning, or a related field, ideally with a specialization in computer vision.

• Previous experience in computer vision (through an internship or academic project) is a strong plus.

• Solid proficiency in Machine Learning and Python.

• Strong knowledge of computer vision libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow / PyTorch, OpenCV, scikit-image.

• Familiarity with major deep learning architectures: CNNs, YOLO, U-Net, ResNet, etc.

• Experience with tools such as Databricks, Git, etc., would be appreciated.

• Compensation: 850 euros gross per month
