As part of the Legal team, you will support the following activities:
Contracts & Distribution
Assisting in the drafting and negotiation of contracts (distribution, licensing, partnerships)
Reviewing and analyzing contractual clauses
2. Compliance & Corporate
Contributing to the compliance program (including Sapin II requirements)
Supporting corporate governance matters
3. Intellectual Property & New Technologies
Drafting and reviewing agreements related to copyright, trademarks, image rights, software, and AI
Managing trademark and domain name portfolios (prior art searches, filings, renewals)
Preparing internal materials (guidelines, practical sheets, presentations)
4. Legal Monitoring & Documentation
Conducting weekly legal monitoring (IP, tech, business law)
Performing legal research and drafting analytical notes
5. Cross-functional Support
Supporting the Legal team in addressing the needs of operational teams (studios, publishing, marketing)
Job requirements
What we are looking for:
You are currently a trainee lawyer (Élève-avocat), preparing for the bar exam (CRFPA), or enrolled in a Master’s degree (final year), with a background in business law and/or intellectual property law (DJCE, LL.M., Sciences Po/IEP or equivalent).
You have a strong interest in digital law, new technologies, and innovation-driven environments.
You have solid knowledge of contract law and intellectual property law, and are comfortable working both in writing and verbally in French and English (fluent level required).
You demonstrate strong legal research and analytical skills, along with the ability to synthesize complex information and deliver clear, structured outputs.
You enjoy working collaboratively in cross-functional environments and have a genuine interest in digital, creative industries, and the video game sector.
