Within the Legal Department of the PulluP Group, composed of a legal director and five lawyers, the intern will be fully integrated into the team and actively participate in the cross-functional missions of the legal department.

Your Missions:

The intern will provide support on the following topics:

1- Intellectual Property

  • Drafting and reviewing contracts related to copyright, trademarks, image rights, software, AI...

  • Monitoring the portfolio of trademarks and domain names.

  • Drafting notes and awareness materials (internal guides, fact sheets, presentations).

2- Contracts and Distribution

  • Participation in drafting and negotiating distribution, licensing, partnership contracts.

  • Reviewing and analyzing contractual clauses.

3- Compliance and Corporate

  • Contribution to the Sapin II compliance program.

  • Participation in governance issues.

4- Monitoring and Documentation

  • Weekly legal monitoring (IP, tech, business law).

  • Document research and drafting of analysis notes.

5- Cross-functional Support

  • Assistance to the legal team on the needs of operational departments (studios, publishing, marketing...).

Job requirements

What we expect from you

Level: Law student / IEJ / Master 2
Education: CRFPA and/or Master 2, DJCE, LL.M. or Sciences Po, with a specialization in intellectual property law and a strong interest in digital and business law.

Skills required:

  • Solid understanding of intellectual property law and contract law.

  • Excellent written and oral expression in French, fluent English.

  • Good ability for legal research and analysis.

  • Synthetic thinking and rigor in deliverables production.

  • Proactivity and prioritization skills, with good time management.

  • Intellectual curiosity and appetite for innovative topics.

  • Good interpersonal skills, active listening and ease in communication.

  • Enjoyment of collaborative work and cross-functionality.

  • Strong interest in digital challenges, creation and the video game industry.
