Reporting to the Deputy Director of Human Resources, you will provide support on the following tasks:
Personnel Administration & Payroll:
Onboarding: Preparation of the induction file, promise to hire, drafting of the employment contract, creation in HR tools (HRIS: Lucca, Payroll: Payfit), and registration with organisations (health insurance, provident fund, etc.).
Offboarding: Assistance with departure documents and calculations, updating employees with organizations and in HR tools, sending out exit documents
Drawing up certificates and endorsements
Updating the HR database and HR monitoring tables (sandwich courses, entries/leavers, IJSS, etc.)
Entering absences into HR tools
HR projects :
Organising HR workshops for our trainees and being a driving force in leading the trainee group
Participate in HR process improvement projects
Support the Recruitment Manager in defining the campus management policy: benchmarking, taking part in forums, school partnerships, etc.
Providing support with recruitment: sorting CVs, making telephone calls, organising interviews, school relations, etc.
(This is a non-exhaustive list, and the tasks may be expanded depending on the candidate's skills and abilities.)
Job requirements
What we expect of you:
You're preparing for your Bachelor's or Master's degree and would like to continue your studies under a work-linked training scheme (apprenticeship/work-linked training contract), with availability for late September/early October.
A first experience in an HR department: it's all to your advantage!
