Reporting to the Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for distributors regarding marketing plans related to the physical distribution of our games, both in France and internationally.

Reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for distributors regarding marketing plans related to the physical distribution of our games, both in France and internationally.
You will work closely with the Business, Brand, and Advertising departments, playing a key role in the implementation of retail campaigns and the promotion of our catalog at points of sale.
Your main responsibilities:
Manage daily relationships with distribution partners.
Coordinate the delivery of marketing assets and physical listings (SKU & pricing).
Review and validate distributors’ marketing plans in line with brand strategy.
Coordinate retail campaigns with the Advertising teams.
Track marketing budgets for each partner and manage invoicing.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools and processes used with distributors.
Occasionally:
Represent Focus at trade shows or meetings with international partners.
Present our games and communication strategies to distributors and retailers.
Participate in targeted media campaigns.
Help design and produce merchandising products.
Job requirements
What we expect from you:
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy.
Strong understanding of marketing (brand, trade, and advertising) and business challenges.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluent English (frequent international communication).
Solid knowledge of the video game market.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice-to-have kills:
Comfortable using graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and workflows.

Additional Information:
Position: 1-year fixed-term contract (CDD), starting September 2025
Location: Paris 19ᵉ — Metro Line 7 (Corentin Cariou) / RER E (Rosa Parks)
Remote work: 2 days per week
