Within the IT department, you will play a key role in the daily support of employees and in the smooth running of the group's IT environment. You will evolve in a dynamic and international environment, at the heart of the video game industry.

Under the supervision of the Lead Tech & Support Manager, you will be the privileged point of contact for users to support them with their technical issues and contribute to ensuring a smooth and efficient daily experience.

Join the IT team of Pullup Entertainment as an IT Support Technician apprentice!

Your missions:

  • Manage user requests via the ticketing tool

  • Diagnose and resolve incidents remotely or on site

  • Ensure follow-up of incidents until resolution

  • Participate in the deployment and preparation of workstations

  • Install software, updates, and security patches

  • Participate in the management of the IT park and hardware stock

  • Manage user accounts and access rights via Microsoft 365 and Active Directory

  • Write and update user procedures and guides

  • Raise awareness among employees about good IT security practices

  • Participate in supporting video conferencing equipment and meeting rooms

Job requirements

What we expect :

  • Currently pursuing a BTS or a Bachelor's degree in IT, systems and networks, or IT support

  • Seeking an apprenticeship contract for one year

  • Interest in developing skills in a stimulating and professional environment

  • Basic knowledge of Windows 10 & 11 environments

  • Familiarity with or keen interest in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory / Azure ID

  • Curiosity about basic network issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN)

  • Proficiency in Office 365 tools: Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Good written and oral communication skills in French

  • Additional advantage: Operational technical English
