As part of the restructuring of its IT organization, Pullup Entertainment is looking for a Systems & Network Administrator to join its Paris headquarters (19th district).
The role has a strong operational focus, with the possibility to grow into managing internal resources and/or external providers.
As the guarantor of the reliability, security, and scalability of the Group’s IT infrastructure, you will be responsible for:
1 - IT Infrastructure Management
Administration and supervision of systems (servers, storage, virtualization) and networks (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, remote access).
Implementing maintenance policies and hardware upgrade plans.
Administration of cloud environments (Azure and AWS).
Monitoring and improving service performance, security, and availability.
2 - Systems and Network Security
Applying the security policies defined by the Group’s CISO.
Securing access, data, and operating environments.
Providing technical support in the event of security incidents.
3 -Technical Support and Assistance
Providing support to headquarters and studio users (occasionally, in emergencies).
Delivering technical assistance on cross-functional projects.
Occasional supervision of internal and/or external resources.
4- Operational Management and Projects
Planning, monitoring activities, and reporting (KPIs).
Managing service providers: RFPs, contracts, technical and budget follow-up.
Implementing IT infrastructure and service upgrade projects.
Keeping technical documentation up to date.
Job requirements
What we expect:
Bachelor’s degree (Bac+2) or higher in IT, specializing in systems & networks (or equivalent), with 3 to 5 years of experience in similar environments.
Network administration & equipment (Cisco/Meraki, Netgear).
Microsoft environments (Windows, Intune, Autopilot, Azure, Microsoft 365).
Firewalls (WatchGuard or equivalents).
Hypervisors (Hyper-V).
Virtual/physical storage (NAS, SAN).
Virtual (Veeam) and physical backups.
RMM tools (Remote Monitoring and Management).
Office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Knowledge of ITSM practices.
KPI tracking and project management tools.
Languages: Professional English (international context).
