To support our growth and strengthen our data-driven vision, we are recruiting our next Director of Knowledge & Analytics.

Job description

At Pullup Entertainment, we publish games that push the boundaries of the medium.
Innovative concepts, alternative gameplay, and unique worlds: our editorial vision attracts studios from all over the world and offers players truly distinctive experiences.

Reporting directly to the Executive Management and working closely with the IT Department, the Legal team, the Studio Director, and the leadership teams of the group’s various entities, you will play a strategic role in structuring, leveraging, and governing data across the company.

To support our growth and strengthen our data-driven vision, we are recruiting our next Director of Knowledge & Analytics.

You will lead an expert team operating across four core pillars:

  1. Data Governance & Insight – Governance, architecture, compliance, BI, player/market analysis, cross-team coordination.

  2. Live Revenue Management – Maximizing live revenue by combining analytics, in-depth understanding of game mechanics, and player experience.

  3. Competitive Intelligence & Market Analysis – Large-scale analyses to keep Pullup at the forefront of the industry.

  4. Consumer Research – Designing and managing studies (CRM, panels, internal research).

Key Responsibilities:

Data Strategy & Governance

  • Define and lead the strategy for collecting, processing, and leveraging data.

  • Harmonize practices (KPIs, standards, definitions) to ensure quality, security, and compliance (GDPR).

  • Monitor innovations and regulations related to data governance.

Data Valorization & Insight

  • Integrate data into business processes through a unified, automated BI ecosystem.

  • Build a 360° center of expertise (business, in-game, market research, live revenue).

  • Deliver strategic studies for top management.

Data Roadmap & R&D

  • Gather and prioritize business needs.

  • Lead applied R&D projects (AI, machine learning, statistics).

  • Turn prototypes into high-impact operational tools.

Job requirements

What we expect from you

  • 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in managing data & analytics teams.

  • Proven experience in the video game industry or another highly data-intensive sector.

  • Expertise in cloud data engineering, BI, Python, SQL, CI/CD.

  • Mastery of machine learning, advanced statistics, and data analysis.

  • Strong understanding of legal data issues (GDPR).

  • Experience in consumer and competitive research.

Additional Information

  • Contract: Permanent position (CDI), 1-year term, to be filled ASAP

  • Location: Paris 19ᵉ – Metro Line 7 (Corentin Cariou) / RER E (Rosa Parks)

  • Remote work: 2 days per week

  • Profit-sharing agreement
