In the context of structuring its IT organization, the Pullup Entertainment Group is looking for an IT Infrastructure Systems and Networks Manager, primarily based at its headquarters in Paris.

The role involves operational responsibilities with the potential for future supervision of internal resources and/or service providers.

Your missions:

  • Management of the IT infrastructure including:

    • Administration and supervision of systems and networks infrastructures

    • Definition and implementation of hardware maintenance and upgrade policies

    • Administration of the cloud infrastructure, monitoring performance, security, and service availability

  • Systems and networks security:

    • Application of security policies defined by the Group's CISO

    • Participation in securing access, data, and operational environments

    • Technical intervention in case of security incidents

  • Technical support and assistance:

    • Providing technical support and assistance to headquarters users and studios

    • Technical support for cross-functional and business projects

    • Occasional supervision of internal or external resources

  • Operational management and projects:

    • Planning, activity monitoring, and reporting

    • Subcontractor management

    • Implementation of hardware and technical service evolution projects

    • Maintenance of documentation related to activities

Job requirements

What we expect :

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in similar environments

  • First significant experience in management and supervision or coordination of service providers

  • Excellent technical knowledge of products/services used by the Group:

    • Network administration and Cisco/Meraki, Netgear equipment

    • Microsoft environment (Windows, Intune, Autopilot, Azure, Microsoft 365: OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint)

    • WatchGuard firewalls or equivalents

    • RMM tools

    • Atlassian Suite: Jira, Confluence

    • Hypervisors (Hyper-V)

    • Virtual and physical storage solutions (NAS, SAN)

    • Virtual (Veeam) and physical backups

    • Office tools (Office, Google Workspace)

    • Knowledge of ITSM practices

    • Notions of private/public cloud hosting and principles of managing an outsourcing provider

    • Monitoring of indicators and project management tools

    • Proficiency in English (international context)

Additional Information:

  • Position: Permanent contract - ASAP

  • Location: Paris 19, Metro 7 (Corentin Cariou) / RER E (Rosa Parks)

  • Remote work: 2 days per week

  • Profit-sharing agreement
