Reporting to the QA Directors, you will be responsible for setting up, improving, and ensuring the proper functioning of production and automation QA tools on Focus projects.

Reporting to the QA Directors, you will be responsible for setting up, improving, and ensuring the proper functioning of production and automation QA tools on Focus projects.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing and organizing the tools and automation used by production teams (publishing and development).

  • Contributing to the development of internal tools, including our ERP Kazu.

  • Ensuring their proper integration and appropriate use on different projects.

  • Training teams in tool usage and providing daily support.

  • Proactively maintaining and updating tools.

  • Conducting technological watch to propose new tools or optimize existing ones.

  • Serving as the main point of contact for all tool-related questions, internally and with partner studios.

  • Writing and maintaining associated documentation.

  • Managing tool access and licenses.

You will also be involved in:

  • Budgeting and monitoring costs related to tools and licenses.

  • Implementing specific QA tools on certain projects.

Occasionally, you may:

  • Engage with external companies or other departments within the Pullup group.

  • Create automated test scripts for teams.

  • Develop simple production tools if needed.

Job requirements

What we expect :

  • Master's degree in programming or video games

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in web programming

  • Experience or good knowledge of the QA domain is highly appreciated

  • English: C1 level desired, B2 minimum

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in PHP, Python, and MySQL

  • Familiarity with QA tools and automation systems

  • Good understanding of the lifecycle of a video game project

  • Ability to implement new technical solutions and ensure their follow-up

  • Strong awareness of new technologies

  • Ability to explain technical aspects to a non-expert audience
