The PulluP Entertainment Group Legal Team is currently looking for a Legal Intern specialized in Personal Data Protection, starting April 2026.
Reporting to the Group Data Protection Legal Counsel, you will actively contribute to the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of GDPR compliance, as well as projects involving artificial intelligence.
Your responsibilities:
GDPR & AI Act compliance implementation and monitoring:
Updating records of processing activities, contributing to Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA/PIA), handling data subject rights requests, drafting internal policies and procedures, and participating in awareness initiatives.Supporting Group departments in their projects (Marketing, IT, Data, etc.):
Understanding business needs, assessing regulatory risks (including GDPR and AI Act), conducting legal research and drafting legal reviews, sharing best practices, and monitoring project progress.Contractual framework:
Drafting and reviewing Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), reviewing contractual clauses related to personal data protection and technical and organizational security measures.Weekly legal and regulatory monitoring:
Tracking enforcement actions related to GDPR compliance, AI Act, and cybersecurity; analyzing key decisions and case law; drafting internal legal notes.More broadly, you will support the Data Protection Legal Counsel in their day-to-day activities.
Job requirements
What we expect from you:
You are preparing for the CRFPA, are a trainee lawyer, enrolled with an IEJ, or hold a Master’s degree (Master 2) with a specialization in digital law and personal data protection.
You have a strong knowledge of GDPR and personal data protection regulations; familiarity with the AI Act is recommended, along with basic knowledge of cybersecurity.
You are fluent in legal French and English.
Curious and detail-oriented, you demonstrate autonomy, strong analytical skills, and excellent writing abilities. You know how to structure your ideas, prioritize effectively, and work methodically.
Your interpersonal skills and ability to understand internal business functions enable you to collaborate efficiently in an international environment.
An interest in the video game industry is appreciated, but not required.
