PULLUP ENTERTAINMENT - INTERNSHIP - ASSISTANT INTERNAL COMMUNICATION AND EMPLOYER BRANDING (H/F/NB)

The PULLUP ENTERTAINMENT group, built on the DNA of FOCUS ENTERTAINMENT, brings together globally recognized creative talents in editing and creating original content in the video game sector.

We are looking for an intern in internal communication & employer branding who will bring energy, creativity, and a touch of boldness to every piece of content.

Reporting to the Head of Internal Communication, you will actively participate in our editorial and event strategy, with involvement in cross-functional project coordination.

• Content Creation & Promotion

  • Write editorial content for our newsletters, employee interviews, and team profiles

  • Create engaging visuals for LinkedIn showcasing company culture, expertise, and group news

  • Propose formats, channels, and communication angles

• Events & Team Life

  • Contribute to organizing internal events (workshops, seminars, key moments)

  • Manage logistics, communication, and event facilitation on the day

• Internal Tools & Channels

  • Disseminate key information on Teams, newsletters, and soon through our intranet

  • Assist in structuring and optimizing our materials to enhance team engagement

• Cross-Functional Project Support

  • Participate in strategic projects: corporate website redesign, intranet launch, internal HR program...

Profile sought:

• Student Bac+3 to Bac+5 in communication, media or equivalent

• You have a good writing style, strong spelling, and excellent interpersonal skills

• You are autonomous, organized, creative, with a real team spirit

• You are comfortable with graphic design tools (Canva Pro, InDesign) and have some knowledge of video

• You navigate easily in a digital environment (Teams, Office suite)

• Your English is operational for working in an international context

• Compensation: according to profile (from 650 to 850 euros gross)
