Coming from humble origins as solo developers, the team has organically grown over the last few years to 20 talented people from a variety of locations.

Main descriptions:
- Ideate and design fitting game, and meta-game designs within the historical context of WW1
- Work with product managers, developers and artists to oversee the implementation of new features and systems from ideation to shipment
- Taking ownership over the designs you create, working closely with the producer and creative directors’ vision to create a historically accurate representation of WW1 FPS Combat
- Assist developers who are prototyping new gameplay by offering design guidance and create briefs, system outlines, technical specifications and visual concepts
- Craft concise design documents, including one-pager briefs, system outlines, and other tools, to ensure clear and effective communication of design ideas.
- Assist with the UX design of features such as inventory, matchmaking, communication and Heads up displays
- Reviewing balance using input from community and analytics data and engage with the community about the game design
Pré-requis du poste
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience: You shipped at least 1 commercial title on PC or Console, or have extensive experience inpersonal projects such and/or mods.
- Experience with, and knowledge of historical multiplayer First Person Shooters, especially realistic hard-coreshooters. These are not new to you.
- You excel at generating innovative ideas, possess a high level of creativity, and are skilled in the ideation processfrom concept to execution.
- Strong knowledge of multiplayer game balancing, FPS gunplay mechanics, meta games, match pacing and FPSgenre conventions.
- You work well in a remote team environment and are an excellent communicator, capable of creating clear andconcise concepts.
- You are capable of using 2D tools to create excellent concepts and designs
- Broad knowledge of, and expertise in, game design paradigms and design methodologies.
- You have a proven track record of making excellent game design documents
- You keep up with current industry trends including new game design techniques, engines
Bonus Skills/Experience :
- Affinity for World War 1
- Worked in Unity before
- Scripting/Code Experience
- You have experience with handling data and telemetry
- You have an affinity for level design and visuals
Additional Informations:
- Interest in World War History, especially world war 1 or 2
- Affinity with gaming: you are an avid / competitive or casual FPS player
- You are located in Europe
- Available for 32-40 hours per week
- Read, write and talk excellent English
